N- Notice your customers and team mates, give a shout out to them when they reach a goal, promotion, wedding/engagement, birthday etc. This will let them know you value, appreciate, and respect them!

O- Overcome your fears of failing, going live, connecting or being told "No". When you go live even though your camera shy, or you connect with a customer, friend etc you are unsure of or swallow the "No" as a "maybe next time" you allow yourself to grow into a bigger and better boss babe in action!

P- Professionalism is a major plus to being sucessful. If you aren't friendly or helpful or you post negative behavior, your customer's will push away from you and your company/products.

Q- Quality over quantity! This can be the view of your product post, how you speak to a customer regularly or maybe even how you present the product's.

R- Restrain from making unprofessional post, conversations, jokes etc. I know in most cases you may think a post you make is harmless or humorous. Remember not everyone wants to see a dirty joke, read/hear profanities etc. Keep those types of things away from your business pages, groups accounts etc.

S- Stay connected! Dont connect once, hit it off and be done... ocasionally check in with your customer's and team member's to see how they are doing, if they had a good day, if they have any questions etc.

T- Try again, if something doesn't work for you tge first time, dont give up find a new way to go about it and try it again! Post, interacting, goals, etc. Try try try!

U- Utilize the strategy that works for you and come up with other ways it can be beneficial. Had a pretty good turn out with a live product demonstration? Awesome! Use that demonstration to connect, bond and build a relationship.

V- Variety in post, times, and activities, you do on social media can get boring if you dont switch it up causing customer's to loose intrest. Instead of posting at the same time everyday maybe try posting at diffrent time intervals. Instead of just writing a product review, maybe go live and talk about it... you see where this is going?

W- Work your business even when your not actually working. Come up with new ways to make it more fun, or make samples, graphics, writing reviews etc.

X- Xtra mile always wins! Below are a few ways you can go the "Xtra" mile to ensure your customers are a 100% satisfied.

  1. Know Your Customers. Great interactions begin with knowing what your customers want and need.
  2. Be Consistent.
  3. Fix Your Mistakes.
  4. Establish Your Customers' Needs and Wants.
  5. Promotional Gifts.
