When The Newness Fades

There are things you can do to make your business with Sugar Shower Co take off again! Sit down and really think about your business. What are you doing now? What could you try that is different. The key word is TRY. Keep trying things until you find what works for you. If something doesn’t work, move on.

What makes you different? What makes you...YOU? With thousands of affiliates around the country selling the same things you do, being different is vital. Sit down and make a list of the things about you that make you unique.

Here is a starter for your list...

• What is something extra that I can add that other affiliates don’t offer? Free local delivery? A newsletter with tips your customers can use?
• Personal experience? Things I have tried and loved….things I have hated….
• What made me love this business? Your WHY! Why are you a Sugar Shower Co Affiliate?

Please be yourself! Be silly. I personally do a #MaskMonday every week. I use all kinds of face masks, some of them are Sugar Shower products but some are not. I post a picture of me using the mask. Yes, I feel silly. But you know what, I get more interaction because I am being me. I talk about my kids. I talk about what they are doing or how bad they are driving me crazy that day.

I love to give back. Since I started with Sugar Shower in June I have done a couple of donations. I took a picture of what I had donated and showed my ladies what my commissions were doing for my community. They loved it!

Of course you want to share all of our fantastic products, BUT don’t forget to share some of you, too! No one likes it when your salesy! Here is an example, for every post I make about one of our awesome products. I would need to post two more about other stuff. I like to post tips and tricks, like keeping your face masks in the fridge. I also like to post funny pictures and videos. I post about things going on with me and my family.

Another thing you can do is make your own graphics. Sugar Shower Co supplies approved marketing graphics for you to use, and has some rules about creating your own, so pay close attention to our graphics group.

Eye-catching and fun graphics will complement your posts. Plus it will help keep you out of Facebook Jail. I like making my own collages. I google a free collage maker then I get to work and make some new Cover photos so I can change them from month to month. Plus I make some pictures to use in my ads. That way I am not using the same thing 3,000 other affiliates are using. Be unique! Be different!

One of the things I like to do that many of the other affiliates do I’m sure, is I run a sample of the month club. I offer a sample of one product each month in return for my customers reaction to the product and them sharing my group page. I have had a great reaction to this idea! My ladies love getting a goody in the mail to try and I like giving them a treat. I LOVE to find cute cards, stickers, sample containers and things to use. The Dollar Tree is my best friend when trying to find cute budget friendly items.

Speaking of videos...GO LIVE!

Find a spot and make yourself up if that makes you feel more confident, then start a LIVE and talk about our amazing products. Show your customers how they look. Tell them how they smell. Tell them how great the product works and why you like it. You will be surprised how much this helps.

I have made several videos of our bath bombs in action. My customers go nuts!

Somethings else that my customers love is giveaways! I know you are trying to make money. I get it. But do you know how powerful the words FREE and GIVEAWAY are? I have a drawing each month. If a customer orders their name gets added to the list. At the end of the month I do a short video of me using a random name picker to see who gets the prize. I have offered different prizes each month. This month is a “The kids are back in school” Spa bag! In October I will offer some of our Halloween themed products.

I love to play games! We have lots of those in our Graphics group. Samples work great as prizes! I also look on my group page and see who my top contributors are. I used a freebie from Sugar Shower Co that I got with one of my orders to do a giveaway. You don’t have to spend tons of money to make your customers feel appreciated.

You can have a lot of success with Sugar Shower Co, you just have to work at it. It will not happen overnight, but if you are steady and “Keep Moving Forward” you will get there!
